This home is perfect for your family/friend reunion with room for
everyone. At 4700 square feet this home is spacious and open;
even while sleeping up to 32 people. This home offers 7 spacious
bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens (upstairs kitchen is fully
stocked with all your cooking needs), 2 large family rooms (both
with fireplaces and flat screen TVs), a laundry room, an office/
work space (with a computer, printer and WiFi), and an exercise
room.

With year-round access to Bear Lake and the mountains, you will create memories that will last a lifetime. The home is located adjacent to Hodges Canyon trailhead. You can ride your 4-Wheeler, side by side, motorcycle, or snowmobile right from the driveway. The trail leads to the Cache National Forest with hundreds of miles of trails through pristine forests, offering breathtaking views.

You will find spectacular views of Bear Lake as you watch the sunrise over the lake while sitting on one of the two balconies. Also, within a few miles of the Trailhead Hideaway, you can find beautiful Bear Lake beaches, bicycle paths to downtown Garden City to enjoy a famous creamy raspberry shake, Pickleville Playhouse musical theater, and many other activities.

Spend time with your family and friends watching a movie in the home theater room or playing games together including billiards, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and an arcade game. There are many things to do to keep the kids, and the kids-at-heart busy. When you're ready to take the fun outdoors, enjoy the hot tub, playground equipment and sitting around the fire-pit to roast marshmallows for s'mores. This home also includes bicycles, kayaks, and a paddleboard for your enjoyment.

The space was perfect for our family. The kids played downstairs with plenty of room. We were able to all eat together at the same time. We loved the tables (especially playing games). The beds were comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond with any little question we had. It is a beautiful place where we just relaxed during the Christmas holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!

Amazing place. Bedrooms for everyone and well stocked kitchen. Grandkids loved the playset out back and the fire pit. Movie room was great once we figured out the system. Extras were nice: kayaks, toys, movie choice, ping pong table, hot tub. Didn’t find the listed paddle board, pool table or arcade game. Had a marvelous time and highly recommend the rental!!!

This house had so many amenities for all our age groups—outside playground, large yard and hot tub. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Beds were comfy and plentiful. Enough bathrooms for no waiting. Highly recommend!!

This was in a beautiful area over looking the water. The house was wonderful, a lot of space, beautiful yard. There were random items that were left in the house, sunglasses, binkies, and a pair of underwear, but the house itself looked clean. Would visit again

This home was wonderful in that everyone had access to a bed! The living and eating spaces for great for big groups! The kids enjoyed the theater room and had a dance party! We had a great time doing skits around the huge campfire setting in the back yard! There were no home behind the house so privacy was nice! It was a wonderful stay! We would reccommend it to anyone!

We loved our stay! The kitchen was very efficient for us as we had to prepare and feed a large group (27). The kayaks were used every day. We appreciated the variety of life jackets provided. It was a great week with our family. We had some great memories created here!

Beach was just a short walk. Hot tub was great. Very roomy. 32 guests include doubling up in many of the beds, however. The hosts answered any questions quickly. Very easy to work with. Very quiet neighborhood and a walking/bike path very close to property.

This home is a great choice of where to stay when visiting Bear Lake! Wish we could have stayed longer - so much to enjoy - but will just have to come back another time when jobs allow. Family Reunion

This has become our favorite place to stay at Bear Lake! The yard was big and lots of grass for the grandkids to play. The kitchen/dining area was open and big enough for us to all be together. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to fix food for our big group. Recommend this place for a beautiful stay at Bear Lake! together. The deck had a perfect view of the lake! Family Gathering

We had a fabulous stay. There was so much room my four year old great grandson teared up because he couldn’t find anyone in the lower level. My granddaughter reassured him the solution was to call, “Marco!” The three people in the upstairs kitchen, of course, called back, “Polo!” The consensus was we plan to stay in this home again next year.

Wonderful Family Reunion Home

This was wonderful home for our family reunion! Plenty of beds for everyone, great spaces for gathering inside and outside! Big kitchen with all the supplies and Lots of table space and seating! Even a highchair! Game room and hot tub were a hit! Beautiful views from backyard. Playground equipment was a bit wobbly so The children did not play on it much. Enjoyed the fire pit outside and made s’mores the first night! Thank you so much. It was special time for our family of 27; ages 1 to 61!

We loved the way we were treated by those who rented this property. Great place for our large family to all be together..:) The bedrooms with the double bunks were so nice as well as the large dinning area. The children and adults loved the theater room:) We had skits and family movie time. Spent a lot of time on the water and was so nice to come back at night and just relax in the hut tub and showers.....Even with the bad time of the year for the bugs and rodents we were respected and treated so well by the owners..:) thank you so much..:)!

Great location, big house with lots of amenities.

Traci was great to communicate with, and the house was as expected. Lots of seating and beds for our huge family (there were 21 of us including a few toddlers.) Well stocked kitchen supplies, Hot tub was great, you can snowmobile right off the back yard into Hodges Canyon. I'd recommend adding a few more towels for such a big place (not sure there were enough for each person to even have 1) and maybe updating the furniture a little, but it wasn't bad. Loved the double washer and dryer set. It helped w all our wet snow clothes. Beautiful view and easy access w plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again!

The property was great, the only issues I had the bunk beds were not comfortable for adults. the billards/pool table was missing balls, the foosball table only had complete handles on one side and there was not a ball to be found. The two ovens were dirty, and the window ledges in the basement were very dirty and even the ones on the main flor were dirty.

Favorite rental

We have been renting a house for our annual family vacations for the past 8 years. This was voted our favorite by everyone in the family! We have 2 grown, married daughters with 6 kids between them. They range from 8 years old to under 2. We had plenty of bedroom options, toys, high chair, crib etc. The views were spectacular and relaxing! From the mountains to the gorgeous lake to the green pasture with cows. The backyard provided a safe play space for the kids to explore and burn off energy. The front parking was perfect for the littles to play on riding toys while the dads and big kids played soccer. It was a wonderful family vacation!
