Welcome to Vista Cove at Presley Creek — a peaceful waterfront retreat with a private dock, fire pit, pergola lounge, kayaks, paddle-boards, water hammock and more. Spend your days swimming, fishing, crabbing, or relaxing by the water, then unwind on the pergola or around the fire pit beneath the trees at sunset. With calm creek access to the Potomac River, cozy gathering. spaces, and fast WiFi, Vista Cove is designed for relaxing family getaways and waterfront weekends with friends. The living room features a large sectional and oversized TV, creating a comfortable space for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day outside. Large windows and sliding doors connect the indoor spaces to the water-facing outdoor areas.

Outside, the property is centered around the waterfront experience:

The home is on well water and septic, so we ask guests to be mindful of usage during their stay.

The dock and waterfront areas are for enjoyment but can be slippery or uneven. Please use caution, especially with children, and note that all water activities are at your own risk. We recommend wearing water shoes when walking in the water.

Cell service can vary by carrier, but WiFi is provided throughout the home.

Please note that there are two external security cameras on the property, both attached to the exterior of the home. One in the front yard and one over the back patio.

This is a peaceful area—perfect for relaxing and unwinding—but not suited for parties or large events.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place linens and towels in the laundry room, and up to one load size into the washer machine.
Please make sure you put the furniture cover back on the deck furniture, put screens up if you used them, and open the louvres on the pergola.
If you used the grill, please clean the grill and put the cover back on for the next guests
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very family friendly home. Host had life jackets of multiple sizes which was appreciated. Home was clean and kid friendly. Easy to access and easy to check-out. They had a book with local things to do and information.
