Guests will find three bedrooms featuring two king beds and one full bed, plus a cozy living room with a futon, crib, and three queen blow up mattresses in the basement for more guests if needed. The two bathrooms. One has a tub/shower/bidet and other has a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Stay comfortable year-round with cooling and heating options throughout the house. Whether relaxing indoors or gathering with friends, this lovely space offers a cool and enjoyable retreat. House features a sun porch and two 120 inch projection screens with surround sound. We have extra chairs and tables to seat up to 24 guests on the deck with extra folding tables in the sun porch and chairs in the basement.
