Wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Our family of six stayed here while in town for Dance Nationals, and it was absolutely perfect. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious, and very functional. It truly had everything we could have possibly needed, making it feel like a home away from home. One of our favorite surprises was being able to see the ocean from the back patio. The shuttle to the beach was fast and convenient, making beach trips effortless. We had two very minor issues during our stay, and both were addressed immediately. The responsiveness and excellent customer service really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all the way!

We love staying at Lost Key. This home was very nice, clean and new with all the basics that you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the smart tvs in all bedrooms. The beach club is great - we love the private beach and the free shuttle. The beach service chairs cost a little but are well worth it. The host was easy to contact and answered questions quickly. A few notes for fellow travelers:1. The beach shuttle normally picks you up at your door in this resort. Since this road is new, we had to walk down to the main road to get on the shuttle. This was not communicated well by the shuttle drivers, so we waited for 30 minutes the first day. We were told once the road is finished it will be better. 2. We have stayed at multiple beach rentals for many years, and this is the first and only one that did not provide beach towels. As a family who flies and has limited luggage space, it would have been nice to have those provided. Overall a lovely and comfortable home.
