Beautiful, newly-updated condo in quiet, well-maintained complex w/resort amenities, walking distance to Eagle Lodge and Sierra Star Golf Course. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Freshly painted bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen for personal meal-prep. Second-floor, two-story unit w/vaulted ceilings on both levels; no upstairs neighbors. Sleeps 8 to 9 (2 primaries, each with Cal King bed; third bedroom with Queen bed and a Full/Twin bunkbed combo; plus a Full-size sofa bed in the living room, if needed). Clean, luxury linens and towels provided. Amenity-rich complex with outdoor spas and adjacent saunas to relax in after a fun day on the slopes, golfing, hiking, or biking; seasonal pool and pickleball courts, outdoor barbecue grill, convenient laundry facilities in the building, and one dedicated, garage parking space. Close to town and all the great restaurants and activities Mammoth has to offer.
(note: There is no elevator in the building. Must be able to climb stairs.)

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all trash from unit upon departure. Bear-resistant bins are located in the garage. Secure bear-resistant latch on bin lid after use.
Turn off all wall heaters, except 1. Please leave 1 heater in living room on Low.
