Comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms feature plush Euro-top mattresses, blackout curtains, powerful A/C, ceiling fans, and flat-screen TVs. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, ideal for families or groups. The master bathroom features a serene shower with ocean views.

Living & Kitchen:
A large folding glass door opens fully to the balcony, allowing ocean breezes to flow through and seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, an espresso machine, and thoughtful touches for relaxed stays.

This villa is part of Villas Zielo, an exclusive development in its final stages of completion. The community features three buildings—Sol, Luna, and Estrella—with this unit located in Estrella 101. While the villa itself is fully finished and ready for your stay, there may be occasional moderate daytime construction noise. The property is safe, comfortable, and designed for a relaxing experience.

Playa La Ropa is one of the most desirable and welcoming areas in Zihuatanejo. The neighborhood has a relaxed, friendly feel, and guests consistently comment on how safe and comfortable it feels to walk around, day or evening. Locals and residents are warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of the area.

The beach itself is lined with excellent restaurants ranging from casual beachfront spots to upscale dining, all just minutes away. Many offer beachfront dining with your feet in the sand and views of the bay.

You can easily explore on foot, or take a short drive into downtown Zihuatanejo for even more shops and culture. The Thompson Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away and offers day passes for access to its amenities. For surf lovers, several great surfing spots are located up the coast.

Getting Around:
The villa is located just 20 minute from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport.

Playa La Ropa is a very close 7-minute walk from the villa. The walk includes a hillside driveway, which is typical for the area and part of what creates the stunning views.

We recommend renting a car if you plan to explore beyond the immediate area. A car makes it easy to visit downtown Zihuatanejo, Ixtapa, local markets, and other beaches up and down the coast.
