Our newly built log cabin is located at 1,150 metres above sea level in a quiet, sunny, secluded spot on the edge of the forest, just a few minutes’ walk from the Hubmoar organic farm. Nestled in the heart of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin accommodates up to 9 people in a total of 140 m² of living space, featuring three bedrooms, two shower rooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area with a kitchen, and a sauna area. Enjoy the tranquility surrounded by forests and meadows and the beautiful view of the Seetal Alps from the on-site hot tub or the spacious wooden deck. Numerous recreational activities—such as hiking, biking, archery, horseback riding, ski touring, downhill skiing, ice skating, curling, and much more—are available in the immediate vicinity. In the market town of Neumarkt in Styria, located 5 km away, and the surrounding areas, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, clothing stores, sports and toy shops, as well as a pharmacy and doctors.



Hubmoarhütte Holiday Home:

• The Hubmoar holiday home is located at the foot of the southwestern side of the Seetal Alps, in the heart of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park. Our Hubmoar organic farm is just a few minutes’ walk away. Our farm is a grassland and forest operation with organic suckler cow herding. Here we live with two horses, cows and calves, chickens, rabbits, bees, a dog, and cats. You can purchase organic honey and organic herbal products directly from the farm.
• Right from the cabin, you can set out on beautiful hiking and biking trails, or pick mushrooms and berries in the adjacent forest.
• For fish lovers, there’s the option to catch your own trout for lunch (upon request).
• Herb tours around the farm and demonstrations of herb product processing are offered on-site upon request.
• There’s also the option of a guided game-spotting walk in the adjacent forest.
• In the summer, the nearby swimming lakes with their excellent water quality (e.g., Mühlner Badesee, Grasluppteich, Furtner Teich) offer plenty of swimming fun.
• Or perhaps you’d like to enhance your holiday with horseback riding, hiking, biking, or archery (Godi’s 3D archery course)? The Hubmoarhütte holiday home is the perfect starting point for these activities.
• In winter, activities such as curling, ice skating, cross-country skiing, ski touring, or downhill skiing in the nearby ski areas of Grebenzen, Lachtal, or Kreischberg beckon.

For your stay, we also provide: • 1 set of bed linens per person per stay • 1 dressing gown per adult per stay • 1 bath towel per person, or 2 bath towels per person for stays longer than 4 days • 1 hand towel per person, or 2 hand towels per person for stays longer than 4 days • Kitchen towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, and firewood



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
