Vacation apartment (33sqm) with access to the swimming pool

Feeling at home takes more than just living space—above all, it requires a lovingly designed environment. We took great pleasure in renovating our apartment (33 square metres), which is located on the ground floor and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people (including a maximum of 3 adults). It features a sleeping area with a box-spring bed (180x200) and a sleeper sofa, as well as a dining area (seats 4 people), 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, a washing machine (detergent, etc.), and toiletries. A fully equipped kitchen with a water kettle and egg cooker, toaster, mini convection oven, guest refrigerator with freezer compartment, Tassimo coffee maker with pods, dishwasher with tabs, tea towels, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, etc. A smart TV with a Netflix subscription and a balcony are available. We are activeCARD hosts!!! The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. A cot (travel cot) and high chair can be provided upon request (free of charge). The resort’s fitness centre, sauna, and swimming pool can be used free of charge; they are accessible via an indoor staircase and hallway. An outdoor pool, mini-golf course, and children’s playground are also available at the resort and can be used free of charge. A 100% prepayment will be charged upon booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Keys are provided via a key box. Pets are allowed and incur an additional charge of 6 EUR per day. Tourist tax is not included. This must be paid by bank transfer: 2.30 EUR per day for adults and 1.40 EUR per day for children ages 5–15, which the landlord is required to pass on to the municipality as a tourism tax. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
