The Sternblick House in Bischofswiesen is located right on the edge of the forest at the foot of the Untersberg. The house was newly renovated in 2021 and features underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. There is one holiday apartment on the ground floor and another on the ground floor of the house; the owners live on the top floor. The terrace and balcony, situated in a sunny spot with mountain views, offer our guests a special place to relax. The location is ideal for hiking, sightseeing, and visiting nearby towns, as the house is situated right between Königssee (14 km), the Watzmann (10 km), Berchtesgaden (6 km), and Hohensalzburg Fortress (16 km). The nearest ski resort is 3 km away.<br> The “Untersberg” holiday apartment in Haus Sternblick in Bischofswiesen can accommodate up to 5 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed (181x210 cm) and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for up to 3 additional guests, a large living room with access to the balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as Wi-Fi. Enjoy your afternoons and evenings on your covered balcony with a view of the Watzmann and the Lattengebirge. The holiday rental has a separate entrance on the edge of the forest. Right behind “Haus Sternblick” lies the Maximiliansreitweg, a hiking trail leading to Bischofswiesen and on to the Aschauerweiher (natural swimming area and cross-country ski trail, fairy-tale trail for children) all the way into Berchtesgaden. The nearest shopping area is just a few minutes away. By car, or via the regional bus (which is free for guests who have paid the visitor’s tax), you can also reach the surrounding attractions at Königssee, in Berchtesgaden, Ramsau, or Salzburg in a short drive.<br> We are a local family with three children who love the mountains and truly appreciate the beauty of the Berchtesgaden region.
