Our holiday apartments are located high up in the Stanggass district, between Bischofswiesen and Berchtesgaden. Nestled among vast fields and quiet forest paths, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature and the rustic charm of rural life here.
Our lovingly renovated holiday apartment on the second floor of a traditional farmhouse offers the ideal retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. You’ll find a spacious kitchen-living room, two separate bedrooms, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet—perfect for couples, families, or friends. Wi-Fi and TV are, of course, available. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the apartment’s private balcony with a magnificent view across our meadow to the edge of the forest. Here, after an active day in the mountains or on hiking trails, you can fully savour the peace and quiet of the rural idyll.
Numerous hiking trails lead directly from the house into the impressive mountain landscape—ideal for walkers, hikers, and nature lovers. The view is simply breathtaking: from the Kehlsteinhaus to the mighty Watzmann, the panorama is one you’ll never tire of admiring. Despite its idyllic, secluded location, the centre of Berchtesgaden is just a few minutes’ walk away. There you’ll find shopping, cafés, restaurants, and access to public transport. Here you can enjoy relaxing days in the heart of one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Berchtesgadener Land—whether you’re out and about or relaxing on the farm.
We are a young family of hosts with three lively children, and we take great joy in bringing our small, multigenerational farm to life. Together with the older generation, we run our farm with passion, dedication, and respect for nature and tradition. Our farm isn’t a picture-perfect postcard farm—but it’s an authentic, time-honored place full of history, honest work, and warmth. Bit by bit, we’re renovating the buildings, barn, and grounds without losing their original charm. What sets us apart is the personal atmosphere:We live and work where others go on holiday—in the midst of idyllic nature, with a view of the mountains, surrounded by animals and plenty of open space.
