Enjoy onsite new washer, dryer & laundry soap. We also provide one reserved parking spot which is off street. All our appliances are new and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and as well as all new small appliances for your cooking needs. Our location is within several miles to Turning Stone Casino & Resort, Oneida City Hospital, Oneida Lake, Baseball Hall of Fame and all that Central New York has to offer.
