Beautiful apartment house "Les Mouettes". In the resort 200 m from the centre of jullouville, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach. Parking. Shopping centre, café 200 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Edenville" 1 km, sandy beach 10 m. Sailing school 50 m, minigolf 5 km. Nearby attractions: Granville 12 km, Coutances 35 km, Le Mont Saint Michel 48 km, Iles Chaussey au départ de Granville 17 km.
"Les Mouettes", 3-room apartment 73 m2 on 2nd floor. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), electric heating. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Beautiful spot on the beach

The apartment was lovely, one of a small block of six, with fantastic views out to sea. It had all the amenities that we needed and was in easy walking distance of the shops in the village. Patricia was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times and we appreciated the welcome basket too.

Eine Perle am Atlantik

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Grosses Kino mit Wassersportlern, Kit Surfern und Seglern. Da wird es nie langweilig. Gut gelegen für Ausflüge in der Normandie und die angrenzende Bretagne. Der Empfang durch die Verwalter war herzlich und wir wurden sehr gut informiert.

Ruim en smaakvol ingericht appartement

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit ruime en smaakvol ingerichte appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Jje voelt je er meteen thuis. Het uitzicht is schitterend, zowel frontaal op zee als vanaf de zijkant op het strand en de klif, Elk moment van de dag is er iets weer iets anders te beleven. De ligging is ideaal: op wandelafstand van winkels en restaurants. Perfect voor wie wil genieten van rust, comfort én het gemak van alles dichtbij.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich traumhafte Lage! Wir haben in den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes den Blick auf das Meer wirklich jede Sekunde genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht oder brauchen könnte. Alles ist sehr hochwertig, sauber und gepflegt - absolut nichts zu beanstanden! Die Kommunikation mit der beauftragten Person verlief problemlos (Tip: bei der Anmeldung die Handynummer angeben!). Kommunikation per SMS und Google-Übersetzer.

L’appartement dispose d’une vue exceptionnelle. Il est idéalement situé dans une petite co-propriété datant des années 70, le long de la digue. L’appartement a été refait à neuf récemment. Tout était présent pour passer un très agréable séjour: lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, vaisselle en suffisance, les literies sont très bonnes. Je recomm

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer und perfekt ausgestattet. Unangenehm fiel uns allerdings die fehlende Bodenreinigung auf (Haare und Sand). Kommunikation bei der Übergabe war nur auf französisch möglich. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.
