The home's prime location situates you near many fantastic walking trails, great restaurants, and scenic coastal drives. You'll love being located steps from Rocky Neck, Good Harbor Beach, and Niles Beach, and a short driving distance to downtown, Manchester By the Sea, Rockport, and Essex.

Upon entering, you will take notice of the welcoming, open-concept layout complete with hardwood flooring throughout. The comfy living area invites you to spread out with your loved ones and rest after an exciting day exploring your surroundings. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the Roku smart TV, and when you get hungry, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to prepare mouthwatering culinary masterpieces for your group. In the kitchen, you will find all the essential appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker.

Upstairs, you'll find the equally comfortable bedrooms. Additional perks include a desk on the first floor, board games, and a washer/dryer on the second floor. For great comfort, there is an air-conditioner/heat unit on the main floor, as well as in each of the bedrooms.

Super clean- this is the most important aspect of a vacation rental to me. The beaches weren't really walking distance and out of state people have to pay 40 for parking and reserve in advance. But the beaches, stores and restaurants are still close enough. Overall great stay, beautiful property

This was a perfect space for us. Our daughter got married in the area and we were all able to hang out at the property. Loved the open floor plan on the first floor and the amenities were great.

The property is beautiful and it's in a great location! The reason it's not a 5 star experience for us is because the communication was very limited. I had texted a question to the provided phone number and no one ever responded. Also the cooking pans in the house are very worn so we didn't feel comfortable cooking anything on them, you may want to bring your own. There is also no kettle available for hot water. We were there with our child so we had to try to find small toys under coaches and there was so much dust under there but the working surfaces and bathrooms were all clean. Overall because of the fantastic location though and the comfortable home we would return just bring several more items than we normally travel with.

The place was in the immaculate when I checked in. The rooms are large and very well lit. I love the shower. It was enormous. Everything I needed to do for cooking was there also.

This home was the perfect base for our short trip to Gloucester. It was well furnished, with comfy beds, nice laundry room, and a quiet neighborhood. A couple more towel hooks in the bathrooms and some more supplies in the kitchen would enhance the experience for future guests. We were happy with our stay!!

Great modern house in a beautiful neighborhood of Gloucester.The rooms and bathrooms were large and nice.Kitchen and living area had everything that we needed.The code to get in was too long and we couldn’t type it in at night without a flashlight.The house could use and iron and ironing board.

Wonderful place to stay

The house was beautiful and had a well stocked kitchen for those that like to cook. It was like having a home away from home. Lots of reataurants in the area and grocery store very close. Short drive to Boston or Salem. Beautiful area will definitely be back to explore more when the weather is nicer and can enjoy a whale watch.

Baby shower weekend

The house is brand new and gorgeous! It is a high end construction with a comfortable, coastal decor! We loved the proximity to downtown Gloucester and Rocky Neck as well as Good Harbor Beach. We will definitely return!!

Loved all the extra blankets and towels. Beautiful home. Couple weird things (only one shower worked and it was difficult getting into the house with the code.) the house is beautiful and in a great location though.

Our local operations manager mentioned that they couldn't replicate the issues with the e-lock, and housekeeping reported no problems during their cleaning, suggesting it may have been user error. They have also updated the parking instructions. We will coordinate with the owner to have a plumber check the shower, and please note that each room has its own heating and cooling unit with remotes for control. We appreciate your comments and are dedicated to improving your experience!

Very clean house and spacious. Nicely decorated and bright. Comfortable furnishings. Outdoor grill was clean and worked great. Perfect location, close to downtown Gloucester and other destinations this beautiful area has to offer. The Vacasa team was easy to contact and very helpful with answers to any questions or concerns.

This was a great home (nice flip), centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. If it weren't so cold (haa, haa), we'd consider moving to Gloucester. Town was quaint and people were super friendly. Even had one of the locals recommend taking the commuter train into Salem on 10/31 instead of driving. Great tip. Would definitely stay again.
