Pool heat is $45/day for the full stay with 24-hour notice. Pet-friendly with fee, parking for 4, and twin home next door available.

St. Augustine speaks for itself with its world-class attractions, historic sites, restaurants, and activities. We believe Vilano Beach is the best beach in the area—wide, beautiful, and far less crowded than many neighboring beaches.
Our twin homes sit on quiet 13th Street, the only short-term rentals on the entire street. The rest of the homes belong to full-time residents, giving the neighborhood a peaceful, authentic feel. Best of all, 13th Street runs from the Intracoastal waterway all the way to the Atlantic Ocean, making it a perfect spot for relaxed morning or evening walks with gorgeous water views on both ends.

This is a brand-new 2026 construction built with families in mind. The home features beautiful water views, spacious living areas perfect for everyone to eat, play, and relax together, and two en-suite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.
