The property was clean, it was 2 bedrooms, 1 bath as advertised. The kitchen is large and well stocked with cooking attire. The bed on the non bunk room was horribly uncomfortable, I am not sure what is wrong with it but I have not felt a bed this uncomfortable in years. The door only has a pad key lock, there is no way to lock the door from the inside. While the key pad does lock automatically when you close the door, there is no way to lock the door yourself. This causes a few issues, 1. The owner or manager or anyone that knows the code could come in at anytime- this felt uncomfortable, and 2. Small children can open the door whenever they want- usually a deadbolt or similar locks prevents the ease of littles opening the door. Another issue is the large sliding doors in the living room that are windows do not have a privacy curtain, this felt like we were on display all the time. The only place to hang towels was by the door going outside, we hung beach towels and shower towels here. There is no hand towel hook in the bathroom, and only room to hang 1 towel in the bathroom. The shower is extremely hard to use. The checkin process is odd, you have to be there during the office business house which is difficult. Of note, you are monitored indoors for sound decibels and by camera at the door by the owners. Also on 3rd floor,no elevatorOverall, this condo is in a fantastic location, you have a view of the ocean and the river. It has a lot of potential, was not our favorite.
