All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the months of June, July, and August.
This property is 0.8 miles away from Footbridge Beach on the Ogunquit River and the Atlantic Ocean. Five-minute walk to center of town, featuring artistic outlets, delicious restaurants, and entertainment. 1.5 miles to the 1933 Ogunquit Playhouse. Furnished, with new W/D, remodeled bathroom, A/C on both floors, new windows and storm door, flat screen TV, swimming pool, Rinnai gas heater, and gas grill. On-site parking for two cars. Garbage pickup and snow removal are included.

The unit was much smaller than I perceived from the online photos. Also, my companion is 6 foot 6 inches tall and the low ceilings and slating roof angles were challenging. If I were to revisit Ogunquit I would look for different accommodations.

Our week in Ogunquit was great. The place was in a perfect location to walk to beaches, get coffee, restaurants and gathering places! Condo was clean and many amenities!! And enjoyed the sunshine!

The cottage was not very clean. Drinking glasses & dinner plates and utensils had to be cleaned prior use. The upstairs bathroom sink was covered in hair. The downstairs shower drain was full of hair.

I was readily available on the phone. She chose not to tell me her concerns. I have yet to check how she left the unit she rented. I will at that point be in contact with VRBO.my housekeeper cleaned the total unit and indicated there was absolutely no hair , ANYWHERE and showed utensils were cleaned. Owner

We visit Ogunquit annually with our young kids and are always looking for clean, comfortable places to stay that are walkable and ideally with a separate space for our kids to sleep. This property fit the bill and Rowena was a very communicative host. PROS- Great location: easily walkable to main strip of Ogunquit and footbridge beach- Cute space: small and quaint but has the essentials- Great bedroom for kids: the upstairs two bed is perfect for young kids. Ceilings are extremely low and the bathroom is very small and they loved that it felt like it was “for them”- Next to Big Daddy’s ice cream (one of our favorites)- Easy parking CONS- No ac in upstairs room with two beds- not well ventilated. There is a small fan in the room but it was extremely dusty and we had to clean it before using it- Upper level very low ceilings. Anyone close to or over 6’ cannot stand. This was difficult for my husband and he was unable to use the upstairs bathroom at all- Shade in room with two beds broken - No paper towels: which is totally fine normally but good to note with kids- No tub for kids: there are two standing showers which were ok for our 4 and 5 year old but for younger kids would be challenging - Pool was closed: we went the weekend after Labor Day so not really a surprise but would have been nice if it was openOverall this cozy home is as advertised and a wonderful location. A deep clean and a bit of updating would go a long way but it is accurate to the listing.

Location, location, location!! If you want to be close to the beach as well as downtown and restaurants this is the condo for you! Short walk to both the beach and town..or an even shorter 2 minute drive! Cute decor, nothing fancy, just relax and enjoy!Also the owner checked in and was very responsive!Thank you!

Comfy condo in Ogunquit

Would definitely recommend staying here. It is within walking distance of Ogunquit, marginal way and the foot bridge/ Ogunquit beach. Very quiet area and really cozy beach bungalow.

Great rental/location

This condo was perfect for our getaway. Spent a week here with my parents and the location was excellent. Was not too difficult to walk to the center of town or the beach. The host was also good at responding to questions in a timely manner.
