A warm welcome to our holiday rental!<br>We’ve furnished our holiday rentals with great care for you, and we hope you’ll feel right at home here. <br>We offer you a high-quality, modernly equipped holiday rental in an exclusive location, in the heart of Warnemünde, just 200 metres from the beach. Here you can relax with your family. Right next to your holiday home is the popular Mühlenstraße shopping and strolling street, with its many small shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as a bike rental shop.<br>The apartment is 80 square metres and is located on the ground floor/mezzanine. All rooms face south towards the quiet courtyard and are bright and inviting. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a closet, and nightstands (in the larger bedroom). A bright and cosy sunroom with underfloor heating is perfect for relaxing.<br>The living room offers plenty of space for 4 people and is equipped with a Smart TV, radio, and DVD player.<br>The bathroom features a large rain shower, a spacious vanity with a sink, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a makeup mirror, a toilet, and underfloor heating. <br>In the kitchen, you’ll find a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, range hood, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and electric kettle. There’s also a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.<br>　<br>SERVICES<br>Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price.
