Private: courtyard, public parking on the road. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 200 m, 1 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Plougrescant" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 40 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Cathédrale Saint-Yves 250 m, centre-ville historique 100 m, Paimpol 15 km, Ile de Bréhat 20 km, Plougrescant 7 km, Perros-Guirec 21 km.
"Arbenn 1", 3-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room, window onto the courtyard with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein liebevoll renoviertes historisches Gebäude in Treguier, absolut ruhig und idyllisch und dennoch sehr zentrumsnah gelegen, ausgestattet mit allem was der Mensch so braucht. Aufgrund der architektonischen Besonderheiten weniger geeignet für sehr große bzw gehbehinderte Personen.
