Welcome to your “second home.” Enjoy the East Frisian hospitality in this beautiful, high-end apartment in Ditzum, featuring unobstructed views of the vast, idyllic landscape of the Dollart region.
Enjoy your meals in a fully equipped, modern kitchen and relax on
the balcony or in the cosy living room with a TV and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment features a bathroom with natural light and a shower. Use of the washing machine (with
dryer function) is available for an additional fee.
The bedroom features a double bed (2x2m) with height-adjustable slatted frames; a sofa bed
for two additional guests is located upstairs on the open loft.
Ditzum is a fishing and harbour village with a picturesque charm. The quaint town centre, with its restaurants, cafés, the harbour, and the grocery market, is about a 10-minute walk away.
The shopping town of Leer with its beautiful old town, the Meyer Shipyard, the Netherlands, or the seaport city of Emden are all great destinations for day trips, or you can fall in love with the Rheiderland region on one of its many bike trails.
There is a parking space in front of the apartment where you can also park your bicycles (no additional lockable storage space).
Made-up beds, a towel package per person, and final cleaning are included in the price. A washer-dryer is available for an additional fee.
You’ll find the key to the apartment in a key box, allowing you to arrange your arrival and departure times quite flexibly. More details will be provided upon booking. “Zweite Heimat” is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed.

“Zweite Heimat” holiday rental:

Open-concept kitchen with dining area and living area featuring a sofa, TV armchair, TV, and stereo system; one bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m); one bathroom with shower and toilet; and a loft with a sofa bed (2.00 m x 1.40 m, accommodating two additional guests). The sofa bed on the loft is not recommended for children under 5 years of age, as it can only be reached via a relatively steep staircase.



Check-in is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from midnight to 1:00 p.m.
