Location
The holiday home is located in the rural village of Tating, right next to the expansive sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording (an 8-minute drive). Small shops, a bakery, and places to buy daily necessities are within walking distance.

Amenities
The semi-detached house offers 120 square metres of space spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people.
In the living area, you can relax on the large three-seater sofa and two additional armchairs while watching a film. A TV and internet access are available free of charge. The dining table offers plenty of space for a larger family.
The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, making it a breeze to cater to the whole family. An adjacent counter with bar stools serves as the transition to the dining area. A shower room on the ground floor and an utility room with a washing machine and dryer round out the amenities.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which features three bedrooms: Two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality, comfortable double beds (180 x 200 each), and the third has two single beds. The large bathroom with a window on the upper floor features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a heated towel rack.

Thanks to the high-quality wood-look vinyl flooring, this property is also well-suited for people with allergies. The furnishings are modern, and the rooms feel fresh and airy thanks to the large windows, the terrace-facing layout, and a colour scheme featuring light grey and turquoise tones.

Families with young children have access to a cot, a high chair, and a TripTrap chair.

When the weather is nice, the terrace—accessible directly from the living room—with its patio furniture and a parasol invites you to enjoy meals together and soak up the sun in the fresh air. A sandpit for children and a lawn for running around or playing football are sure to make kids’ hearts race.
