Welcome to the “Küstennähe” Holiday Home, Apartment 1

This spacious and luxuriously furnished 3-room holiday apartment is located in a new residential complex (built in 2018) with only ten apartments spread across two buildings. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces southwest. The two spacious terraces (facing south and west, respectively) are perfect for al fresco dining and a cosy evening drink. The beach, the pier, and the Dünenmeile with its shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a short walk away. All shopping options are also within walking distance. The same applies to the spa park with its large adventure playground and beautiful mini-golf course.

The apartment features a large living/dining room, two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, and two small storage rooms. All rooms open off a spacious hallway. Four people can enjoy a restful and relaxing holiday in the apartment.

The living/dining area features a modern, comfortable sofa, a matching armchair with an ottoman, and a large dining table that seats four. The living area also includes a 49-inch UHD TV by Philips, an UHD Blu-ray player, and a Bluetooth music system. The apartment is equipped with 200 Mbit Wi-Fi and Vodafone Giga-TV HD Premium.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment***, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, an exhaust hood, a microwave (in the storage room), a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A high chair is also available.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200x180) and a very spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms each have a 32-inch Full HD TV. There is also a built-in closet in the hallway.
The modern bathroom, which gets natural light, features a bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling shower. There is also a separate toilet. A washing machine is located in one of the storage rooms.
The apartment is equipped with high-quality hardwood flooring and in-floor heating. The bathroom has an additional towel radiator.

A beach chair is available for your use on the beach during the 2026 season. The apartment is accessible from the underground car park via lift. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartment.
