Klein aber Fein

Alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht, schön wäre noch wenn das zweite kleinere Schlafzimmer auch abzudunkeln gewesen wäre. Alles sauber und so wie es auf den Fotos zusehen ist, das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein ( musste man am besten abschließen, damit man nicht die Tür in den Rücken bekommt) Vermietung war gleich um die Ecke, Promenade 2-3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Tolle, moderne Ferienwohnung in super Lage.Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, die Innenstadt 5 Minuten. Restaurants ebenfalls in direkter Umgebung.Wir kommen wieder :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend und hochwertig ausgestattet. Bei den Küchenutensilien sind alle gängigen Gegenstände vorhanden. Die Raumaufteilung ist für 2 Erwachsene und max. 2 Kinder ideal.

Alles war Perfekt

Die Ferienwohnung ist super, die Betten sehr bequem, Mama (Gast) merkt hier dass die Gastgeber sich auf wiederkehrende Gäste freuen und sich um sie sorgen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und Platz ist auch genug für mehrere Personen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ok, ein wenig hart aber ok.

Pfingstwochenende

Wir haben ein wunderbares Pfingst Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht bei wunderschönstem Wetter. Was noch Nice to Know ist, dass auf dem Balkon frühestens abends ab 18:30 Uhr die Sonne steht und dass der Sofabereich recht eng am Esstisch steht. Ansonsten alles super!!!

Gute Lage!

Super zentrale Wohnung. Zum Leben ist eigentlich alles vorhanden. Das einzige Problem war oft eine wirklich schlechte Internetverbindung. Es wird geworben mit Smart-TVs, jedoch ließ sich dazu oft keine Verbindung herstellen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Wochen mit 2 Kindern war das ärgerlich und sollte heutzutage nicht mehr sein.

Insgesamt ein positiver Eindruck von der Wohnung und der Anlage. Was aber den positiven Eindruck total schmälert ist die sogenannte Couch im Wohnzimmer. Die geht gar nicht. Darin/darauf kann man beim besten Willen nicht sitzen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in super Lage!

Toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Lage ist perfekt! Leider waren die Bettdecken und Kissen nicht sehr hochwertig. Die Decken viel zu dünn und Kissen mit billiger Füllung und viel zu dick. Hatten nach der ersten Nacht direkt eine Nackenstarre. Hier könnte man noch mal in etwas besseres investieren. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön.

Sonnige Tage in Scharbeutz

Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und verfügt über (fast) alle Dinge, die man für einen Kurztrip an der Ostsee benötigt. Ein paar Backofenhandschuhe, ein Toilettenpapierhalter und eine Ablage für Duschgel in der Dusche wären noch wünschenswert. Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem, das Sofa könnte gemütlicher sein. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen und die Nähe zum Strand, zu den Spielplätzen und diversen Restaurants ist unschlagbar.

Tolle Wohnung zentral gelegen

Wir fühlten uns schnell zu Hause…ruhige Lage und doch zentral. Alles war da, was man so braucht. Toll waren die frisch geschlüpften Möwen zu beobachten auf dem Garagendach…herrlich war für uns die Zeit dort.

Wir hatten die Wohnung Ende Juli für eine Woche gemietet und waren (bzw. sind) begeistert. Das Wetter war leider nicht immer top und so war es umso wichtiger, dass die Wohnung es war und wir mit Freude auch einfach mal "daheim" bleiben konnten. Die Wohnung ist klasse gelegen, toll geschnitten und top ausgestattet.
