Welcome to the well-maintained and quiet "Linda-Lu" apartment complex.


This one-room apartment is located in Scharbeutz and is suitable for 2 people and a baby. The apartment is on the ground floor and features a large, covered east-facing balcony.


The living/sleeping area is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, a cosy leather sofa set, a hi-fi system, a flat-screen TV, and exterior blinds.


The open kitchenette features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. The dining area connects the open kitchen to the spacious living and sleeping area.


The modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower featuring an overhead and handheld showerhead, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, a Velux window, and a bathroom radio. A complimentary toiletries set consisting of hair/body gel, body lotion, and hand soap is provided.

A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the communal basement, located to the left of the garages. Bicycles can be parked in the garage on the right.
You can also relax in the well-maintained garden area, which features a seating area, a lawn for sunbathing, and a cosy gazebo.

During the 2026 season, from May 15 through September 15, a beach chair is available to you free of charge at the “Hampton am North-Beach” beach chair rental on the beach.

Our property is quietly situated in the magnificent landscape of Schleswig-Holstein, close to both the sea and the forest. There is a bus stop right in front of the house, from which you can use the Ostsee-Card to take a comfortable, discounted ride to the beach—and back, of course. Alternatively, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach on foot in about 15–20 minutes. The Ostsee-Therme spa and the golf course are approximately 2.5 km away. An ideal starting point for all your adventures.

Look forward to 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments, some of which have been completely refurnished with great attention to detail, featuring a balcony (with the exception of Apartment 07) or a terrace, ranging in size from 29 m² to 75 m².

Each apartment features a kitchen—some with a dishwasher—a bathroom with a shower, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are included.

Pets are welcome in the apartments with terraces.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your free use in the communal basement.
