Relax and feel good in this modern and cozy approx. 30 sqm one-room non-smoking apartment "DOCK 33" with open kitchen and all comfort for 2 people, plus child possible on request.

The bright living room / bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed (180x200cm), 116cm flat screen TV and DVD player.
The open kitchen is equipped with a combined oven / microwave, 2 plate induction cooker, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. The friendly bathroom also helps to relax. Enjoy the sun on the west balcony until late in the evening.

Floor: 2nd floor
A parking space is reserved for you.

Washer and dryer with coin operated machine for all house residents in the basement.

Pets are not allowed.

Scharbeutz is unique with its beautiful beach promenade and invites you to relax, relax and do sports or go for a walk with a constant view of the sea. There are well-developed bike paths along the promenade.
