This modern and beautifully appointed 4-room apartment, Bude 37 No. 05—also known as “Conny”—invites you to enjoy an unforgettable Baltic Sea holiday.
Located just about 400 metres from the beach, you’ll be staying in a central location perfect for a wonderful family holiday.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the centre of Scharbeutz with its beautiful stretch of dunes and numerous restaurants, shopping options, and a bakery for your morning rolls.
The medical centre is about 650 m away, and the supermarkets are about 500 m away.

The trendy “Conny” duplex holiday apartment spans approximately 94 square metres of living space across two levels (1st floor + 2nd floor) and offers plenty of room for up to 4 adults and 1 child.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by lift or stairs. An optimal floor plan and two east-facing balconies provide a pleasant atmosphere for you to enjoy your holiday.
You enter the apartment through the spacious hallway, which leads directly into the spacious living area with kitchen, bedroom I, and bathroom. The rooms have been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and taste. The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully equipped. In addition to an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and dishwasher, you’ll find a coffee maker (with capsules) and an espresso machine.
In the open-concept living and dining area, in addition to the kitchen and a dining area, there is a two-seater sofa that invites you to relax and unwind. A large flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player complete the living room.
Our Conny holiday rental offers a total of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Bedroom II is located on the second floor, where access to the double bed is only possible from the front. Both bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds. A comfortable staircase (which can be secured at the bottom for children) leads to the upper living area, which is furnished with a large sofa arrangement and a large flat-screen TV.

The apartment features a sauna as well as two fully equipped shower rooms, located on the first and second floors. A cosmetic mirror, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are available in the second-floor bathroom.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures extra comfort.

If you’d like to arrive with two cars, we have a designated outdoor parking space and a carport next to the house, and your bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike shed.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
One dog is welcome in the apartment.
