It has a living area of approximately 66 m² and is situated on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a very well-maintained and exclusive residential complex. It is easily accessible by lift from the underground car park (one underground parking space and a storage room are included with the apartment).

The property is located right in the heart of Scharbeutz, yet in a quiet setting. The beach is only about 100 metres away, and the town centre and pier are about 300 metres away. Look forward to a 7-kilometer-long, gently sloping white dream beach—one of the finest sandy beaches on the entire East Sea coast. An enchanting dune atmosphere and a uniquely beautiful dune promenade that follows the curve of the coastline for many kilometres, inviting you to stroll, wander, shop, ride a bike, or jog.

The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area and is fully equipped (refrigerator with two large freezer compartments, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, Tchibo coffee machine, toaster, and a large dishwasher).

In addition to an attractive interior, two beautiful rooftop terraces (divided into lounge and dining areas) await you as a special highlight. These invite you to linger and relax. Your soul can breathe a sigh of relief, and the burdens of everyday life will melt away.

The bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m; two individual, high-quality Tempur mattresses (0.90 x 2.00 m) ensure a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. The living room includes a high-quality sleeper sofa (with a full-size spring mattress measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m). The sofa bed can be separated by the provided folding screen to ensure your privacy.

The bathroom, featuring a beautiful sauna, a large shower, a heated towel rack, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer, leaves nothing to be desired.

We’ve also got our little guests covered—we provide a travel cot with a mattress and a high chair. In addition, there’s a small play area in the living room with a children’s table and chairs. A small selection of games and crayons is also available so that our little guests can feel right at home.

The apartment features free Wi-Fi, TVs (connected to the internet)—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—a PS4 with two controllers and various games, and internet radio (with Bluetooth/Spotify).

The entire apartment has underfloor heating, which can be adjusted separately for each room. All rooms, including the bedroom, can be darkened using pleated blinds and electric exterior blinds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep
