A small kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and an electric milk frother is also included. In the semi-open bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm with two single mattresses) and another flat-screen TV. The living-bedroom can be darkened with an opaque curtain. The en-suite shower room with toilet includes a hair dryer. The house features a small wellness area with a sauna and a relaxation room. Here, you can relax free of charge on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays starting at 6:00 p.m. An underground parking space in entrance No. 2 and a shared bicycle storage room are available.
