As clearly visible in the photos, access is only possible from the foot end.<br><br>The bathroom features a corner shower, a vanity with a towel warmer, and a toilet.<br>The property has an outdoor parking space, and the garage is suitable for storing bicycles and beach gear.<br>The beach is within sight and less than 60 meters away.
