Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren in ihren Möglichkeiten bemüht die Mängel zu beheben und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr bei Anliegen. Dabei waren sie auch immer sehr freundlich. In dem aktuellen Zustand ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet um sie weiter zu empfehlen. Dabei ist die Lage mit Parkplatz am Haus sehr schön und es ist alles schnell auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Es wurde nur scheinbar seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr in die Wohnung investiert. Auch der Strandkorb welcher zum Angebot dazu gehört ist gut, der Vermieter des Strandkorbes hat aber scheinbar nicht gern Kinder an seinen Körben. Die anliegenden Körbe wurden jedenfalls aktiv und lautstark vom Vermieter angesprochen, ob unsere Kinder stören würden. Dabei haben sie einfach im Sand gebuddelt und keinen Lärm gemacht.
