This exclusive and cosy 3-room apartment with underfloor heating, located on the ground floor, is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The 60-square-meter apartment is furnished to accommodate 3 people.

The light-filled living room is tastefully furnished and invites you to relax. The open-concept kitchen features all the amenities you need, such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a small freezer. High-quality entertainment equipment, including a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and radio, ensures plenty of entertainment.

The terrace, accessible from the living room and the single bedroom, is furnished with patio furniture for sun-seeking guests.

The two bedrooms are furnished with double and single box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m and 1.20 m x 2.00 m). The single bedroom features a media setup with a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray DVD player.

The tastefully furnished shower room (floor-level) is equipped with a rainfall shower. An integrated digital radio keeps you in good spirits.

A private parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction)
This is a non-smoking apartment.
A well-behaved dog is welcome to stay upon request.

This non-smoking property features two ground-floor apartments (approx. 60 qm² in size and equipped for 3 people), where you’re welcome to bring a dog upon request.
On the ground floor, there’s space for 5 people to relax in a total area of approximately 120 square metres!

Generous windows provide bright rooms. Of course, you can enjoy the fresh air on a balcony or the spacious terrace!
There are 3 parking spaces right in front of the building, and one parking space may be used in front of the garage.
Each apartment comes with a designated parking space, and we assume that guests will be able to coordinate among themselves regarding its use.

The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the Niendorf fishing harbour is only about 600 metres away.
Take a stroll along the promenade—it’s even more relaxing with a delicious fish sandwich in hand!

Shopping options are about 1.8 km away, and the small cafés and bars in city centre Niendorf are already looking forward to being discovered by you.
The breathtaking Brodten cliffs between Niendorf and Travemünde are always worth a visit!
To enjoy the view from the cliffs, it’s worth stopping by the Hermannshöhe Experience Café to recharge with a coffee and a slice of cake!
