This exclusive and cosy 4-room apartment on the ground floor with an attic is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The 120-square-meter apartment is furnished to accommodate 5 people and features underfloor heating.

The light-filled living area is tastefully furnished and invites you to relax. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need, such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with a small freezer. High-quality media equipment, including a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and radio, provides entertainment.

The large balcony, accessible from the living room, is furnished with patio furniture for sun-seeking guests.
The lower bedroom features a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m).

The attic is accessible via a staircase in the apartment’s hallway.
The two bedrooms in the attic are furnished with double and single box-spring beds
(1.80 m x 2.00 m) and (1.20 m x 2.00 m).
The double bedroom in the attic features a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray DVD player. The single bedroom has a flat-screen TV.

The second large bathroom, located in the attic of the house, features a rainfall shower, a bathtub, and a flat-screen TV. Wellness is a top priority here.

A private parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction)
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Relax, explore, and enjoy: Welcome to “Baltic Sea” in Niendorf! With a total of 4 apartments, you’ll feel right at home.

The non-smoking house features two ground-floor apartments (approx. 60 square metres in size and equipped for 3 people), where you’re welcome to bring a dog upon request.
On the ground floor, there’s space for 5 people to relax in a total area of about 120 square metres!

Generous windows provide bright rooms. Of course, you can enjoy the fresh air on a balcony or the spacious terrace!
There are 3 parking spaces right in front of the building, and one parking space may be used in front of the garage.
Each apartment comes with one parking space, and we assume that guests will be able to coordinate among themselves.

The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the Niendorf fishing harbour is only about 600 metres away.
Take a stroll along the promenade—it’s even more relaxing with a delicious fish sandwich in hand!

Shopping options are about 1.8 km away, and the small cafés and bars in city centre Niendorf are already looking forward to you discovering them.
The breathtaking Brodten cliffs between Niendorf and Travemünde are always worth a visit!
To enjoy the view from the cliffs, it’s worth stopping by the Hermannshöhe Experience Café to recharge with a coffee and a slice of cake!
