This holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the Monusse Boid resort. It has been tastefully furnished by the owners themselves with high-quality furniture. The alpine and modern style will make you feel right at home! In the open living area, which features two entrances to the large sun terrace, you can enjoy cosy evenings. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped—from an induction cooktop and microwave with grill to a dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer—so nothing stands in the way of a delightful cooking experience. Both bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring double beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own fully equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet. There’s even a sitting area with a well-lit makeup station and a cosmetic mirror, inviting you to spend time here. The absolute highlight of this apartment is your private “wellness area.” On the approximately 70 m² terrace stands a barrel sauna, available exclusively for your use. Additionally, a relaxation area awaits you on the covered terrace, equipped with sun loungers and several seating options. Next to the barrel sauna is a solar-heated shower. Now your body, mind, and soul can truly relax on holiday. This apartment also includes an underground parking space, and the lift takes you conveniently to the living areas. As with the other apartments in the “Monusse Boid” building, this apartment also features a laundry room and a storage area for your bicycles.

Completed in October 2019, this complex offers 10 unique, top-class holiday apartments in a stunning location in Pfronten-Ösch. The “Monusse Boid” complex consists of three buildings: “Haus Breitenberg,” “Haus Edelsberg,” and “Haus Falkenstein,” which are connected via the underground car park. Each building has a separate entrance, but you can easily access the other apartments through the underground car park. Each apartment comes with its own underground parking space, which you can use free of charge. The ceiling height of the underground garage is 2.00 m. You can also store your bicycles in the underground garage. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the basement of Haus Breitenberg.
