This 3-room apartment is located on the top floor of the Monusse Boid residential complex. Modern furniture blends with Alpine touches to create a cosy atmosphere. The state-of-the-art kitchen with its large wooden dining table might just become your favourite spot! Whether you’re planning your day together over your first cup of coffee or cooking together in the evening while enjoying a glass of red wine. In the living room, the modern sofa invites you to relax. The balcony offers an unobstructed, fabulous view of Pfronten’s local mountain, the Breitenberg. Both bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds, ensuring the best possible sleep comfort. One of the bedrooms has a balcony offering a view of Germany’s highest castle ruins—the Falkenstein Castle ruins. The bright, inviting bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet. Thanks to an additional separate toilet, there’s no morning rush in front of the bathroom. In the basement of the building, you’ll find a laundry room and a bicycle storage area. This apartment also includes an underground parking space. From there, you can easily take the lift to the correct floor.<br><br>The total price includes final cleaning as well as bed linens and towels. If you’re staying with us for more than ten nights, you’re eligible for a free change of towels and bed linens. The “Monusse Boid” complex consists of three buildings: “Haus Breitenberg,” “Haus Edelsberg,” and “Haus Falkenstein,” which are connected via the underground car park. Each building has a separate entrance, but you can easily access the other apartments through the underground car park. Each apartment comes with its own underground parking space, which you can use free of charge. The ceiling height of the underground garage is 2.00 m. You can also store your bicycles in the underground garage. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the basement of Haus Breitenberg.
