Während unseres Aufenthalts Anfang August 2025 ließ die Ausstattung der Wohnung gewisse Wünsche offen: es gab keine Schere, Küchenwaage, Eierkocher, Butterdose, Wäscheklammern oder Wischmopp. Die Stereoanlage hatte lediglich Deko Charakter und die Insektennetze vor den Fenstern könnte man als abstrakte Kunst bezeichnen. Die Handtücher hatten keine Aufhänger, so dass sie schon mal bei Berührung auf den Boden gefallen sind. Außerdem ist ein Aufenthalt während der jährlich stattfindenden Kirmes nicht empfehlenswert, es sei denn man mag den durchdringenden Bass der Musikanlage vom Autoscooter bis in die Nacht direkt vorm Schlafzimmerfenster. Küchenrolle und Klopapier werden nur äußerst begrenzt zur Verfügung gestellt und sind bei einer Familie innerhalb von 1-3 Tagen aufgebraucht. Weiterhin gibt es kein WLAN. An sich war die Wohnung sauber, wenn man nicht in die Ecken oder unter die Schränke und die Betten im Kinderzimmer geschaut hat. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass es 2 Kaffeemaschinen, einen neuen Toaster und einen Mixer gab.

Positiv: sehr sauber, sehr praktisch arrangierte Wohnung, Wohnzimmermöberl sehr gut und mit reichl..

Positiv: sehr sauber, sehr praktisch arrangierte Wohnung, Wohnzimmermöberl sehr gut und mit reichlich Stauraum, Badezimmer super ausgestattet und mit vielen Hänge- und Staumöglichkeiten, Spülmaschine, gut und zentral gelegen, Parkplatz, moderater Preis, PTS vor Ort. Negativ: Kleiderschrank im Kinderzimmer noch kaputt, nur Übergardinen im Schlafzimmer - keine Sichtschutzuntergardinen - also umziehen nur bei geschlossenen Gardinen und Licht , kein WLAN, Kochbesteck total kaputt, keine Hängemöglichkeiten in der Küche (ein paar mehr Saft-/oder Biergläser wären vorteilhaft),Tisch auf dem Balkon zu großflächig (wenig Platz für Stühle)

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und praktisch durchdacht. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Bett im Kinderzimmer war ja nicht in Ordnung, das haben wir reklamiert und auch die Reklamation verlief reibungslos. Wir buchen gerne wieder.

Ausblick ist leider begrenzt, FeWo ist unten rechts in der Residenz Yachthafen. Ansonsten Einrichtung ausreichend, Sauberkeit prima, Vermittlung PTS super. Und natürlich die wunderschöbe Insel Poel. Go there!
