We have a cozy pet friendly home with a water view and a great outdoor area. You'll enjoy the peaceful mornings with coffee to a relaxing evening with your favorite beverage on the patio. Perfect location for remote workers who are working in the area and want a "like home" feel and not a hotel!

The Loft on Waterbury is close to downtown Russells Point and minutes from many bars and restaurants as well as the Moundwood Boat Ramp. We are in close vicinity to Mad River Mountain, Piatt Castles, Ohio Caverns and historic downtown Bellefontaine. We hope you find our place ideal for you and your guests. Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Make sure to only lock the smart lock deadbolt upon exiting. The bottom knob lock doesn't need locked.

Make sure the fire pit and grill covers are put back on.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties or events.

No smoking allowed inside the property.

It was the perfect weekend in the perfect space! I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with every single aspect of this rental. And will definitely be back. It rained more than we had hoped but we made the best of it and still had a blast! The only hiccup the entire weekend was with Uber/Lyft, ride, etc. We easily and quickly found an Uber to Cranberry’s around 8pm on the other side of the lake but found ourselves in quite the pickle about 10pm when we started trying to find an Uber, Lyft or any car ot taxi service. After 2 hours of calling, searching, waiting we were still unsuccessful. Cranberrys closed & turned out the lights while we stood stranded in the pouring rain. Thankfully, two LOVELY women that work at Cranberry’s came back out if compassion and gave us a ride back to Russell’s Point. Life savers!

Very clean, with a modern updated look. There was plenty of little things in the kitchen that often get overlooked like a real coffee maker and condiments that usually get left at home. The communication was excellent, and it contributed to an overall great experience.

We flew in for our grandson’s graduation and booked this place for the week, and could not have asked for a better place to stay. This place was very nice and clean. Has everything you would need. Only thing I wish it did have was a full length mirror. We would most definitely book this place again.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in a quiet subdivision of Waterbury. It has a beautiful outdoor area with a water view from the front of the house. It is close to downtown Russells Point and most of the bars and restaurants. Moundwood boat ramp is within two miles. If you visit us in the winter, we are only fifteen minutes to Mad River Mountain. We are close vicinity to the historic downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio Caverns, Piatt Castles and Logan County Airport. Come see what the Indian Lake region has to offer.
