We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Knurrhahn” holiday apartment, situated in a prime beachfront location, offers views of the Alter Strom and across the marina all the way to Markgrafenheide. This 73-square-meter corner unit on the 1st floor is reserved for 2 to 4 people (non-smokers). The 3-room apartment features a bathroom with a rain shower and a hair dryer, a large living room with an adjoining south-facing balcony (equipped with a large LED TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo system with CD, USB, and cassette, and free Wi-Fi), and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—each featuring an LED TV. The apartment is equipped with an exclusive built-in kitchen with a washing machine. You can easily reach the apartment via the lift.


The initial amenities provided with the apartment include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

Bakeries, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
