The holiday rental, which underwent extensive renovations in 2016, is located on the ground floor and has a floor area of approximately 60 m². The living room is furnished with a daybed that can be used as an extra bed for a third and fourth guest. A flat-screen TV is available for relaxing evenings in front of the TV. Of course, you’ll also find a large dining table and small pieces of furniture for storage. The lovingly selected and coordinated home accessories create a harmonious living atmosphere. From here, you can look out through the large windows into the inner courtyard of the Landpension Dubnitz or take a seat on the shared balcony to wind down the day in a relaxed manner. The cosy bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a table with chairs. In the hallway, you’ll find the kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet opens off the hallway. A private parking space is available for your use.

Welcome to the Landpension Dubnitz!

The Landpension Dubnitz is located just a short distance from the Baltic Sea beach at Prora, right on Bäderstraße between Sassnitz and Binz. Here, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can enjoy an idyllic and relaxing holiday.
The apartment building features ten comfortably furnished holiday apartments and two double rooms of varying sizes and amenities, accommodating two to five people.
The large property offers plenty of opportunities to unwind. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socialising. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.
During the colder months, guests of the property even have free access to a small family sauna.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
