This lovingly renovated, newly furnished apartment for 2 adults and 1–2 children is located in a quiet area and is ideal for all ages. Access is at ground level via the underground garage; stairs from the entrance lead up to the apartment.
IMPORTANT! Not suitable for 3–4 adults.

• Living area with sofa bed (suitable for children)
• New, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and mini oven for baking rolls
• Smeg refrigerator
• Modern bathroom with shower and WC
• Covered terrace with side view of Grünten, green meadows, and grazing cows – perfect for enjoying the sunset
• Wi-Fi, TV, coffee/tea
• Online bread roll delivery service
• Underground garage with storage for bicycles
• Coin-operated washing machine in the neighboring building
• Private use of the sauna is available for an extra fee

Neu Renovierte Wohnung und toll eingerichtet.
Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert, sehr ruhige Lage in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am See. Der Pool einfach super. Toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ideal.

Pros: Pool und Sauna, wohnungsflair und Einrichtung.
Super Nette Eigentümerin die sich gerne um alles kümmert und hilft wo sie kann.
Cons: Sauna Buchung war umständlich über dritten und somit Privatmann (Rentner)

Die Vermietung lief reibungslos ab und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
