This bright, modern, and nautically themed holiday rental is located just a few steps from the fine sandy beach. With 43 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates 2 people and features a combined living and sleeping area, a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony. Through several windows, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view from the 5th floor of the North Sea and the international shipping lane. Thanks to the apartment’s prime location, you can comfortably watch the passing ships—sometimes even cruise ships—from several vantage points. The nearby North Sea beach is perfect for long walks on the mudflats. Also very close by are the Kugelbake—Cuxhaven’s landmark—and the Kurpark.


Balcony/Terrace
A table and two chairs are available on the balcony. Here you can sit back and enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Wadden Sea (a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site) and the North Sea, as well as the international shipping lane, and watch the “big ships” on their way to Hamburg.

Special Features
In the summer of 2026, a private beach chair will be available on Döser Sand Beach. The holiday rental includes a parking space in the underground garage, from which you can easily reach the 5th-floor apartment by lift. Free Wi-Fi access is available.
At the Lord Nelson building, you can use the on-site swimming pool and wellness area—including a sauna and whirlpool—free of charge. Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room, a table tennis room, and a room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Our reception team is available in person daily to answer any questions and provide information.
Located right in the building are an ice cream parlour, the Lord Nelson Shop (a small store with baked goods, magazines, and everyday essentials), a bike rental service, a beauty salon, and a restaurant.
