2 room vacation apartment in the house JAN AM STRAND

2-room ground-floor holiday apartment in the JAN AM STRAND building. This south-facing holiday apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers every comfort. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa that provides an additional sleeping option. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. The apartment also includes an underground parking space with a clearance height of 149 cm and a parking pass that allows you to park for free in the public car park across the street from January 1 through December 31.
From May 1 through September 30, the owners provide their guests with a free beach chair on the beautiful Döser sandy beach.

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a one-minute walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, those on the north side enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the landscape awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Bei der Ausstattung blieb kein Wunsch offen, von der Mikrowelle bis zum 2. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war alles vorhanden. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
