The modern holiday apartment Anori with balcony is on the 1st floor of Villa Mara. The comfortable and furnished 44 sqm offers optimal living quality for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Living room:
A beautifully designed living room with a sofa bed, dining area and flat-screen satellite TV invites you to linger. The comfortable couch in the living room can quickly be converted into a bed (1.60x2.00m).
In addition, the living room is also equipped with WiFi and a sound system with connection options for iPod, iPhone and iPad. The living room also has a large balcony (16 sqm) with a beautiful view and a modern seating area.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee and kitchen machines and leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a coffee capsule machine available.

Bedroom:
The spacious bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (2 x 2 meters with electrically adjustable slatted frames), a spacious closet, CD player and a sideboard with a lockable drawer.
In addition, an extra bed for the third person (child) can be placed in the bedroom.

Bathroom:
The beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower and separate toilet completes the overall picture.

Washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee (coin-operated machine) in the basement of the property.
Bed linen, towels and WiFi are free of charge.
Villa Mara also offers a wallbox.

The holiday apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. In order to be able to prepare this for subsequent guests, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Hand or Tea towels and bed linen are included. Beds are made upon your arrival.
Upon request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.

Villa Mara is located right on the quiet edge of the forest, right next to the nature reserve with its many hiking trails and cross-country ski trails. Within walking distance you can reach the leisure and adventure pool with indoor and outdoor leisure pools, wave pool and slides, wellness area with saunas and treatment rooms, which promises lots of fun and action.
You can reach the city with its national, well-known shopping boulevard and numerous shopping opportunities as well as attractive restaurants through the large spa park of Bad Lauterberg. There is a mini golf course with shuffleboard, headis and football billiards, an outdoor fitness park and the large dream playground.
