The accommodation is located in the upper part of the picturesque Butterberg in the charming town of Bad Lauterberg in the Harz Mountains.
From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the local mountain, the Bismarck Tower, and the impressive mountain landscape of the Harz Mountains.
The entire apartment was renovated between 2023 and 2024 to meet the latest living standards and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Among other features, air conditioning and infrared heaters ensure maximum comfort and a pleasant indoor climate. All rooms are maintained at a constant temperature by precise climate sensors, while humidity is continuously monitored.
For final cleaning, we charge a one-time fee per stay for the convenience of our guests. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for you and will be automatically added to the total amount.

To issue your guest card(s) (visitor’s tax) and calculate the visitor’s tax, we require the following information for all guests arriving at the property:
First and surname
Date of birth
Address
The guest cards can be used, among other things, as bus tickets for travel in and around Bad Lauterberg, as well as for other discounts, which you can find listed on the card(s). They will be waiting for you in the holiday rental upon your arrival.

The stylishly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible via a front staircase. Spanning approximately 52 m², the apartment features a well-thought-out layout that offers plenty of comfort and a cosy atmosphere.
The spacious entryway provides ample room for your coat rack and leads directly into the open, light-filled living area. Here, a modern living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen invites you to relax, cook, and enjoy yourself.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and ensures restful nights. The cosy alcove bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space (for a small extra charge)—ideal for children or as a cosy reading and snuggling nook.
The bathroom is functional, modern, and well-maintained—ideal for your stay.
