Guests must comply with Bayside at Bethany Lakes (BBL) community rules posted in the condo, community, and clubhouse. Violations may result in fines.
All guests must register and pre-pay the $200 flat fee for use of BBL community clubhouse amenities such as pools, fitness center, tennis courts, etc.
