The 58 m² Upstalsboom 3-room holiday rental, bdak3-30, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 5 people. A particular highlight is the covered balcony, similar to a loggia, with a sunny west-facing location. Here, you can enjoy the sun until evening.<br><br>The Location <br>This modern and bright holiday rental is located on the second floor of Deichhaus 3, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 metres from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island, which takes just under an hour, runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.<br><br>Amenities <br>The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area, which includes a sleeper sofa, features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave with baking function, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cosy sitting area. Two separate bedrooms are available. One of them has a double bed and its own flat-screen TV, while the other has a bunk bed. A cot can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of holiday, you can relax wonderfully on the covered balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture.<br><br><br> Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free and unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighbouring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, surge showers, a counter-current system, a children’s paddling pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Dressing gowns and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.<br><br>The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.<br><br>The Deichhäuser 1 through 4 have shared parking spaces that you can use free of charge, subject to availability. Lockable bike storage in cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
