The 61 m² Upstalsboom 3-room holiday rental, bsak4-34, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 5 people. A particular highlight is the covered, south-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy the morning sun right from breakfast.

Location
This modern and bright holiday rental is located on the second floor of Deichhaus 4, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 metres from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.

Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and oven, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cosy sitting area with a sofa bed. Two separate bedrooms are available. One of them has an extra-long double bed (2.20 m) and its own flat-screen TV, while the other has two single beds. A cot can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of holiday, you can relax on the covered balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom.


Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free and unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighbouring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, surge showers, a counter-current system, a children’s paddling pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Dressing gowns and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.

The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be delighted to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.

Dike Houses 1 through 4 have shared parking spaces that you can use free of charge, subject to availability. Lockable bike storage in cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome.

Bensersiel, the North Sea spa town on the East Frisian coast, is a popular holiday destination and particularly diverse. Right on your doorstep, you’ll find the North Sea, a fine-sand beach, the colourful harbour, and idyllic East Frisia. A day trip to the island of Langeoog is practically a given—since the tide-independent ferry shuttles between Bensersiel and the beautiful East Frisian island several times a day.

The seven Anna Küste dike houses, located in the heart of Bensersiel, are just 250 metres from the sandy beach and offer 100 modern and bright apartments for up to 8 people. They impress not only with their energy efficiency and sustainable construction but, above all, with their fresh, modern, and inviting atmosphere. Here, you can completely unwind and feel right at home. Whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, with friends, or with family, you’ll find the perfect place to stay with us. The 1- to 4-room apartments range in size from 28 m² to 86 m², are furnished to a high standard in a harmonious style, and each features a covered balcony or a covered terrace. The Deichhäuser offer free Wi-Fi. Lockable bike storage cages and charging stations for e-bikes are available.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in select apartments. However, as a precaution, we’d like to point out that Bensersiel does not have a dog beach, and dogs are also not allowed on the dike.
