The 51 m² Upstalsboom 3-room holiday apartment in the Dünenschloss holiday complex in Kühlungsborn (
Building 2, kbds2-07) can accommodate up to 4 people. Particularly noteworthy are the tasteful furnishings and the terrace facing the sea at this cosy holiday home.

The Location
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the “Dünenschloss” holiday complex, on the northeast side of Building 2, nestled between the Baltic Sea beach and the city forest. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—in just 50 metres, you’ll reach the fine-sand, kilometer-long beach of this popular Baltic Sea resort. The pier is just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities and places to visit. Beautiful hiking and biking trails, along with a variety of events, guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family.


Amenities This tastefully designed, non-smoking apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and oven, as well as a dining area. The adjoining living area features a small seating area and a flat-screen TV with a hi-fi system and DVD player. Two separate bedrooms are available, one furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and the other with a futon bed for two people (1.60 m x 2.00 m).
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and makeup mirror. Grab bars have been installed in the shower and by the toilet.
The terrace, which faces north towards the lake and is furnished with patio furniture, is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the soothing Baltic Sea climate. The terrace is accessible from the living-dining area. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.

Special Features
The resort features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

In addition, a free parking space is available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible paid charging station for electric cars; it can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.
