In this 49-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment with a south-facing terrace in the “Dünenschloss” holiday complex in Kühlungsborn, located in Building 4 (kbds4-02), you can spend your holiday by the sea with up to 4 people. The holiday rental is designed to be allergy-friendly and accessible for people with disabilities, offering a cosy, maritime living atmosphere.

The Location
The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex, in Building 4, facing southwest.

Amenities
The non-smoking apartment features two sleeping areas. In addition to a double bed, there is a single bed and a loft bed available. A safety rail attachment is provided for the single bed, allowing it to be converted into a safe cot. The apartment also features a cosy living room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a raised toilet with two grab bars. The sink is wheelchair-accessible, and the barrier-free, south-facing terrace offers a view of the surrounding greenery. A fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, and dishwasher invites you to cook together. A hair dryer, iron with ironing board, two TVs, and a stereo system with a DVD player round out the apartment’s amenities. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Special Features
The resort features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.
