The 54 m² family-friendly two-room apartment, booa4-39, is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the spacious, west-facing rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the refreshing sea air well into the evening.

A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for your arrival.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the top floor (the penthouse level) of Building 4, facing west. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—just 200 metres away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features floor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. The spacious and stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. The apartment has a spacious entryway with a coat closet.
The rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella, is a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe, and socialise. From here, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the nearby coastal forest to the northeast and the Tarnewitzer Urwald nature reserve to the south. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living area. With the exception of a threshold leading to the terrace, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free.

Special Features
Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the resort—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Dressing gowns and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.
Our guest reception area, complete with a front desk and lounge, is located in the on-site café "Up Wiek." When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small children’s playground and free Wi-Fi.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can access the underground car park (entry height: 1.85 m) via the lift in Building 5. A storage room for bicycles is available in the underground car park, as well as charging outlets for e-bikes and electric cars. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your use in Building 5.
