The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the complex—right on the beach and next to the marina in Kühlungsborn.

The holiday apartment consists of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed—both facing the inner courtyard, and a living-dining area with access to the balcony.

The apartment’s interior features a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer and a TV/hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.

We can provide a high chair and a cot—which can be set up in the second bedroom—for a fee and upon request. The balcony is covered and faces east.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking holiday apartment.

You can rent dressing gowns for a fee upon request at our service office. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment includes an underground parking space in a double-parking system with a maximum weight capacity of 2,000 kg (max. clearance height 1.70 m, max. vehicle length 5 m, max. vehicle width 1.90 m) can be booked as an add-on upon request for an additional fee.

The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” complex features an lift, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have therefore been installed in the apartments.
