Wohnung 108 ist eine sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich sofort sehr wohlfühlt. Beim Bäcker im Erdgeschoss der Anlage kann man sich jeden Morgen mit Frühstücksbrötchen versorgen. Überhaupt ist die zentrale, und trotzdem spätestens ab 22 Uhr ruhige Lage positiv zu erwähnen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Toller Blick auf Seebrücke und Meer. Deshalb kommen wir gern immer wieder. Auch der Parkplatz ist gut (kein Duplex!). Einrichtungsmäßig könnte die Wohnung verbessert werden, wenn weniger „Kram“ wie Trockenblumen, Kerzenhalter, Porzellanschüsseln usw. herumstehen würden und man mehr Ablageplatz hätte.
